1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Raivan Software Private Limited for software development, fintech consulting, mobile app creation, or AI integration, you agree to comply with the terms defined in your Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon final invoice settlement, full intellectual property rights, source code repositories, design assets, and architectural documents are assigned to the client without restrictions.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Warranty

We provide a standard 90-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes, security patch updates, and infrastructure stabilization for all custom software deliverables.
